ABOUT THE CHEF
Born and raised in Lebanon, chef Edouard Massih learned to cook from his childhood nanny named Kivi, and grandmother. The Culinary Institute of America grad and Brooklyn resident now works as a special event coordinator, recipe tester, food stylist, and blogger, with experiences at Danny Meyer’s North End Grill and Wine & Spirits Magazine. He arrived fresh-faced to the doorstep of an Airbnb in Williamsburg one wintry evening many moons ago, and the rest was history.
